-What is La Segunda about?
La Segunda consists of upcycled tote bags made of recycled materials. It can consist of secondhand shops, flea markets, local shops and donations from family and friends. It’s all about giving that item a new life, a new purpose.
All bags are handmade by me so each bag is individually made con un chingo de AMOR <3
-I want a bag but don’t see it on the site, how can i purchase?
If its not on the site or “sold out” on the site that means it has been SOLD. Some of my bags are 1 of 1’s so once they’re sold, it won’t be made again:(
-How often do you restock/add items on the site?

-When am i expected to receive my bag once ordered?
As of now, please allow 5-10 days for your bag to be shipped out. Once shipped, it is not our responsibility for any lost/stolen packages.
Contact USPS for any lost/stolen issues.
-Returns/Exchanges?
Considering that most of my bags are 1 of 1, all bags are FINAL sale.
No returns, no exchanges.
-Do you take customs?
As of now, I do not. I am highly thinking of taking customs at some point though. Keep an eye on my Instagram page for any announcements:)
